How can a client reserve a service?
The first step is to select a service you would like and provide further details in the description box. If it is one of the services that a request a deposit to secure the date and time you are requesting that will be the next step, if not then it will go to the next step in reserving. Once we receive the alert that a client has reserved a request, one of our multitasking assistants will reach out to confirm the date and time and ask any questions in regards to the service in case there are any doubts.
How does the deposit for a service work?
In case the service the client requests needs a deposit, it works as a confirmation that the date and time will be reserved strictly for the client. Our deposit policy is 50% up front to reserve the date and time and the remaining 50% paid when the service has begun.
Which services require a deposit?
Any of our Chauffeur Services we provide do require a deposit.
Does Want It, Get It provide receipts in case the client needs one?
Yes, at Want It, Get It we do provide receipts when the client requests for one.
What other services does Want It, Get It offer besides the ones that are listed?
Want It, Get It believes to never put a limit on what services we offer. To be honest the possibilities are endless. You’ll just need to send us a message with further information on what service you are looking for and we will gladly look into it and see if it’s something we can provide.
Which cities does Want It, Get It provide services for?
At this moment we provide non Chauffeur Services all around Maricopa County, for Chauffeur Services we provide service wherever the client may need to go or meet them, and for any Electronic Services we provide can be any part of the world.
How can Want It, Get It give the client security and reassurance that the services and our Multitasking Assistants will provide an honest, respectful, and complete job?
All of our Multitasking Assistants have been trained on how to perform the services that we offer correctly. Also here at Want It, Get It, we run a background check and a driving record check on each of our Multitasking Assistants.
Can I have a Chauffeur Service for the entire day? If so, what will be the pricing?
You may be able to have a Chauffeur Service for the entire day. The pricing depends on several factors that can be further explained once we receive your request and reach out to you.
How many people and/or suitcases fit in the vehicle?
Up to four people and 7 suitcases
If we request a multiple day Chauffeur Service, will we be needing to provide accommodation for the driver?
In regards to the accommodation we do have a couple options that we further discuss with each client and to see which option best suits the needs of the clients.
What type of errand running does Want It, Get It provide?
There are many types of errands that families and professionals request for. Some of the errands that are highly requested are taking the client’s vehicle to the dealership for maintenance, taking the client’s vehicle to the car wash and gas station, and also another example is taking the client’s clothes to the dry cleaners and also dropping their shoes off at a shoe repair shop.
What are the acceptable payments?
We accept Paypal, Zelle, and Venmo
Is gratuity included in our rates?
No, it isn’t included nor required but always accepted.
If we need to hire a Multitasking Assistant hourly, what is the rate?
The rate does depend on what services the Multitasking Assistant will be doing and where it will be. For more information on this, feel free to contact us and provide us more information so Want It, Get It can provide the correct hourly rate.
Does Want It, Get It provide discounts?
We do provide several different discounts at the moment, from 5% to 15%. Please contact us for more information and how to obtain one of the discounts we provide.
